I'm not making this up
An Israeli health official says that the term "swine flu" is offensive. Therefore, the name should be changed to "Mexican flu" in order not to offend anyone.

That doesn't sound kosher
I've been calling it the Mexican Swine Flu.
I think it should be called "Pig flu".
Shouldn't it be called swine avian human flu?
Why not call it something that isn't scary sounding OR offensive, like "Captain Trips?"
Since it seems to have incubated in manure lagoons in Mexico, why not call it Shitz Flu?
"Captain Trips," myiq2xu?
In the interest of political correctness, "Project Blue" would be more appropriate.
It's nice to know that Israeli racism is an equal opportunity offender.
That said, how about calling it "Big Scary Flu That Has World in Crazed, Mind-Bending Panic Even Though All Reported Cases Have Been Extremely Mild"?
Too long?
Folks in Iowa seem to agree:
