Italian author Carlo Bonini has told Bill Moyers that former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi personally delivered the fake Niger documents to George Bush.
If you read my exchange with Larisa Alexandrovna (first here, then here), you'll see that the story is more complex than Bonini implies in this brief exchange. (I have yet to see the entire interview.)
Larisa insists that the creation of these fakes has no link to the old P2 scandal, and she is probably right. Still, if what Bonini says has any basis in truth, the implications are worth considering. Berlusconi was a member of that infamous secret society -- and may still be.
