I wonder what THEY are on?

The Landmark Legal Foundation of Leesburg, Virginia, has nominated Rush Limbaugh for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. They call Rush "the foremost advocate for freedom and democracy in the world today."

Landmark president Mark Levin calls the United Nations an "anti-Semitic" organization comparable to the KKK. Although most people would find Landmark extremely partisan, they are a 501-(c)3 organization -- which means they're aren't supposed to espouse partisan causes. Perversely, they've attempted to make sure that the IRS hassles any 501-(c)3 organizations working against Bush's appointments. Landmark hopes to defund the left through such strategies.

Landmark has a hefty million-dollar annual budget, which tends to undercut their claimed "underdog" status. Scaife seems to be behind this operation.

By the way -- Al Gore has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize as well. He was nominated by a member of the Norwegian parliament -- a conservative member.

Europe. It's a whole 'nother planet.
