Lieberman and pro-Lieberman forces have repeatedly tried to link Maxine Waters with Ned Lamont. Holy Joe speaks as though Waters were immensely powerful, as though she were the secret Grandmaster (Grandmistress?) of the insidious Progressive Illuminati conspiracy. We heard much the same message in 1988: "If you vote for the Democrat, scary black people are gonna GETCHA!"
Heretofore, I've supported Lamont. But Lieberman never really pissed me off until he started spewing this bilge.
