RFK jr. files suit

We told you that he was planning to do it, and now he has done it.
Florida attorney Mike Papantonio who, along with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. hosts Ring of Fire [3], weekends on Air America Radio [4], was a guest on Mike Malloy's radio program last night... He discussed the upcoming whistleblower suits that he and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are filing against several of the voting machine companies. Pap was loaded for bear.
More:
Speaking of the level of fraud to be revealed by the suits, which must be sealed by law for 60 days as the Attorney General decides if they will join the complaint, Papantonio told Malloy: "When you hear the details, when you hear the caliber of the fraud… you… it'll make Americans feel like they're living in a damned banana republic, a third world country. I have never heard such outrageous facts."

"And you know what?" he continued, "We've had our investigators look at it. We verified everything. And when you hear it, you're gonna say, 'Not in America.' Bad news is: Yeah, it is in America."

The fraud suits, Papantonio said, are "a way to get at their money, and that's the only thing these people understand."

"At the end of the day, we're gonna shut down some of these companies," Papantonio said.
Don't get your hopes up too high -- not just yet. I've seen "good guy" lawsuits get stymied before. Still, this is the most heartening news I have heard in quite a while -- especially since the 60-day period will end when election season heats up.

The problem is the Far Right has been packing the Federal courts with radical (mostly Federalist Society) Judges for the last 30 years.

Given that the accused(s) will no doubt be in a position to "shop" around for the "Right" Judge the outcome; no matter how much evidence the Plaintiff may have accumulated, is very much in doubt.

P.S. Sorry, I just have to say this: The Israeli Government is oh so loathsome.
Same goes for the Saudi Royal fake government.

IMO, this country, and especially this administration, has been steadily adopting Israel and Saudi Arabia's means of governance...and that sux big time.

Har,har,har.

So the courts are going to come to our rescue?

Sorry, but the system was set up to protect these psychopaths, not to bring them to justice.

Nothing will come of this, it is merely a ploy to try and prop up that old canard that the American way of justice still works.

Guess what?

It doesn't.

P.S.

Folks better wake up to what the truth is in Israel/Palestine.
