Impeachment rules and routes

dr. elsewhere here

Not too long ago, Joe showed us a little known rule that allows a grand jury to bring impeachment proceedings against a sitting president.

He got appropriately excited about it, and emphasized that this rule means that our hero Fitz is in a position to do just that with his sitting Grand Jury. Remember: he interviewed the prez, and the prez had not his WH counsel with him but a criminal attorney.

Well, attorney, former US Senator and VP candidate, John Edwards, has taken up this banner, written about it, and set up an online petition to present to the good Prosecutor.

You know what to do.
