ZDF News reported that the president's visit was a completely staged event.
Their crew witnessed how the open air food distribution point Bush visited in front of the cameras was torn down immediately after the president and the herd of 'news people' had left and that others which were allegedly being set up were abandoned at the same time.
The people in the area were once again left to fend for themselves, said ZDF."

We also learn that the repair of the levee was -- once again -- staged for the cameras. Another fake, designed to sucker in the dimwits who watch Fox.
And people accuse our side of politicizing a tragedy...!

From W's point of view, this disaster could eventually prove to be a godsend. Just as 9/11 gave Bush supporters an all-purpose excuse to explain away the fact that we've not achieved one single day of prosperity since Bush took the oath of office, now Katrina provides further cover when (not if: when) the economy goes from sick to inoperable.
Yes, I know W's poll numbers are taking a hit -- but so what? The GOP will ride high again after the next terror attack. Which will probably target another Democratic stronghold.
The evidence is starting to pile up that this mess was planned. More to come.

I was the one who commented a week ago Saturday about some horrible disaster looming on the horizon which would serve to distract the public's attention on Bush's poor approval ratings while also serving to take out thousands of innocent civilians.
My gut feeling is that those levees that broke were sabotaged deliberately. Morever, I wouldn't be surprised if in fact some corrupt well paid BushCo scientists (may have some affiliation with NASA) helped engineer the birth of hurricane Katrina to deliberately target New Orleans after it originally touched down in Broward Florida. I believe that this technology of fostering hurricanes into bigger ones and being able redirec them has been developed but not announced to the public at large of course.
so, as far fetched as this sounds, I don't put it past Bush and his cronies. It's all becoming a modern day massacre to kill worthless blacks and collect booty (insurance payments/purchase up damaged buildings on the cheap).
Next on the target list will be Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Actually San Francisco was at the top of the list but BushCo gave up after one of their "friends", a psycho chinese druglord "Dr Evil" was unsuccessful in his many attempts to destroy San Francisco.
Again, this country is in a bad way and things are only going to get worse until warfare is in front of everyone's front door.

Incredible as it may seem, the idea that Katrina was maximized in strength and then shot at the Gulf coast is not utter fantasy. A few serious metereologists and physicists have suggested that, in fact, Katrina was a WEAPON, used against us by Russia or China. Not with the intent of destroying NO, but instead our oil facilities.
According to this theory, HAARP techniques use low frequency, high amplitude beams to electrically direct the eye of a hurricane. It sounds wild, sure. But how many of us believed, right after 9/11, that traitors in the US permitted or planned it?

Remember the two black women that bush comforted? It appears they are not local black women, but South Africans. Although little audio has been played of the photo op, those who have heard it say it was eerily non-sequitur, as though the women had inadvertently wandered into a photo op. It appears there were no local black people bush could talk to who would not have torn him a new one for his inadequate response.

This evacuation touches on the old paranoid theory (some of pressed it pretty earnestly) that the government has big internment facilities ("the camps" presumably another lesson learned from Nazism), where it plans to intern the "useless," its opponents, etc.
Now, the question is, does it tend to disprove that thesis?
Or are some of those evacuees going to destinations that will conveniently not be specified until much, much later on?
Don't ask me. I'm not one of those "conspiracy theorists." But it would seem to be proof-of-the-pudding time.

HAARP Poses Global Threat
The use of the new geophysical weapon might lead to the global catastrophe
A lot of specialists and scientists believe that unpredictable natural disasters and several man-caused catastrophes that struck Europe and Asia in the summer of the year 2002 say that there might be certain global reasons that caused them all. First and foremost, it goes about a possibility of secret geophysical weapon tests. Those tests were either secret or unauthorized. The Russian Federation State Duma spent almost a year, considering the global threat of the HAARP program. The Duma finally prepared two addresses: to President Putin and to the UN, international organizations, parliaments and governments of all countries, to the scientific community of the world, as well as to mass media. The Russian parliament suggested the global banning of HAARP tests. Pursuant to the agreement, scientific developments in the field of geophysics for military purposes were banned. All the works in the field became secret too. However, the works continued anyway, despite the signed document. It was simply conducted under the disguise of the scientific research or the development of the double-purpose technology. The point and the purpose of those developments were rather vague and even mysterious.
A lot of specialists and scientists believe that a special American program HAARP is one of those developments. American scientist Bernard Eastlund is considered to be the godfather of this program. He received the patent for the method and for the device to measure the layers of the Earth atmosphere, the ionosphere and/or the magnetosphere. It is an open secret that the USA (probably, not the USA alone) has already constructed high-frequency transmitter facilities. Those devices can heat the earth environment up to the state of plasma by means of pumping ions. This makes it possible to control the environment, which might show considerable influence on the atmospheric phenomena. The owners of this weapon are able to program floods, twisters and storms, even earthquakes in any region of the planet. It is also possible to paralyze civil and military electric surveillance systems, and even to affect the mentality of whole nations.
There is a suspicion that the unusual natural disasters and man-caused catastrophes of the year 2002, the unexplainable indifference of several nations on the post-Soviet territory might be linked to USA’s tests of geophysical weapons of low capacities. However, neither American politicians and scientists, nor the world community know, if it is going to be possible to stop the work of the geophysical weapon, if it is used at its full capacity. When this happens, the geophysical weapon will be capable of covering Eurasia from the Atlantic to the Pacific coast.
The information on this subject appeared on several Ukrainian websites on September of 2002. In this connection, I think that the Ukrainian parliament must support the initiative of the Russian State Duma as well. The Ukrainian Academy of Sciences ought to consider the issue of HAARP’s potential threat to Ukraine. Adequate institutions ought to collect all the information available and identify Ukraine’s stand on the subject.
