What are you reading me for? Go to BRADBLOG right now -- it's the most important piece you'll see on the net today! (Then come back.) But before you go, here's a choice excerpt:
The voting company insider, who has also served as a spokesperson for the company in various capacities over recent years, admits that the "real danger" of this security vulnerability could have easily been exploited by a malicious user or an insider through remote access.
"I have seen these systems connected to phone lines dozens of times with users gaining remote access," said DIEB-THROAT. "What I think we have here is a very serious problem. Remote access using phone lines eliminates any need for a conspiracy of hundreds to alter the outcome of an election. Diebold has held onto this theory [publicly] for years, but Diebold has lied and has put national elections at risk. Remote access using this backdoor means that one malicious person can change the outcome of any Diebold election."

No wonder both Gore and Kerry got so close to winning.
Borrrrrring!
If you're bored by the easy subvertability
of our elections, you're no friend of
Democracy, anon. Diebold's criminal
negligence meant our election might have
been bought by the Chinese, the
Pakistanis, or even al Qaeda--any of which
would have had the resources to queer it
and all of which would have had reasons to
prefer that Bush stay installed.
Oh, and Gore did win. He got more votes
nationally, and the ultimate ballot study
showed he got more votes in Florida too.
I know the 5/01 studies said Bush won the recounts. I'm talking about the 11/01
studies.

Speaking of cheating, I'd swear I saw the "hump" reappear tonight. Guess the teleprompter isn't enough anymore, even when there is no danger of actually having to answer any questions.

Nope, just bored by the constant attempts to steal their way into office. BTW, How is it Clinton had a mandate with less than 50% of the vote when he was re-elected, but Bush doesn't with 53%? Very odd.
Clinton never said he had a mandate. Bush claimed a mandate with a little more than 50 percent. Hardly a mandate.
Brad Is Back To Reassert His Argument That Rigged Elections Have Consequences

Raw Story has a piece which backs up my assertion that the 2004 election was rigged. The Diebold machines were suseptible to hacking. And this is exactly what happened. I told you so. Please read my memos from late last year.
We are now reaping this terrible harvest. Bush has left us totally unprotected, hated and unprepared.
Katrina jolted the media back from the dead. It reported the devastating course (as witnessed by the Katrina disaster) that we have followed by allowing the "election" of George Bush last year. Could you imagine any other president being this callous towards his fellow Americans?
Well, the signs were there. We've been tricked and led into war, large deficits, unnecessary tax cuts and a host of other bad policies. And now, disaster upon disaster. Katrina pushed New Orleans into the water and Bush withheld the life preserver. Only after unrelenting bad news did Bush make the necessary effort. But believe this, he's more worried about his legacy than about the victims of the hurricane.
And this is just one consequence, leading to a multitude of tragedies, and total economic depravation for millions, of the re-election of George Bush.
Do you remember how we were told that John Kerry could not protect us? And that George Bush would keep us safe? Well all the pundits like Chris Matthews, David Schuster, everybody at Fox, and the rest of the sheep can now accept a portion of the blame for our recent tragedies. Because they supported the Bush campaign rhetoric, they refused to really report the election fraud, and they gave credence to the Swift Boat Bullshit. They helped re-elect the most dangerous president in the 229 year history of our great country.
There is hope. New Orleans will rise again and George Bush will continue to sink along with his poll numbers. If he stays unpopular, then he will damage his party and will not be able to push through his horrible agenda. Maybe, just maybe, he'll be forced to admit his mistake in Iraq and those soldiers can come home and protect us here instead of fighting an unwinnable war.
Please revisit last year's election. Read up and seek the truth and DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!

Yes, let's make sure the Republicans get at least 60% this time, then there's NO question about the validity of the election.
Right. No questions allowed.
Kind of like the way it's been for the news
media since 11-2-04. Peter Coyote said a
friend at cbs told him the mainstream news
media were in lockdown mode re: the election
story.

This despite the fact that the Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee produced a 105-page report on the Ohio election that concludes there are "grave
doubts regarding whether it can be said
the Ohio electors selected on December 13,
2004, were chosen in a manner that
conforms to Ohio law, let alone federal
requirements and constitutional
standards."

"Dieb" in German means thief.
How about a reward fund to encourage insiders from the election machine companies to fully come forward? It would have to be sufficient for them to live for most of their life as they would be black-listed and perhaps physically threatened.
Is a whistleblower really necessary?
Bav Harris's group hacked an optical
tabulator in Leon County. Nobody claims
unauditable DRE machines are not
unauditable. Eminent computer scientists
(Dill, Rubin, Mercuri, Jones) have been
speaking out foe years about the dangers of
the black box machines.
Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your content seem to be running off the screen in Opera.
I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to
do with web browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let
you know. The layout look great though! Hope you get the problem
fixed soon. Thanks
