I just came across (via Drudge, of all people!) an additional tidbit about the Iraq scandal. Apparently, the good folks in charge of Abu Ghraib "wired up" the penis of one prisoner! Such, at least, was implied by Spc. Sabrina Harman of the 372nd Military Police Company, who said that wires were attached to fingers, toes, and "other extremities." (You know what that means.)
Remember, some of the folks there were AOIs (Any Old Iraqis) rounded up more or less at random, who had no information to reveal.
