The crisis is coming

Senator Mark Warner warns that Trump will take steps to fire Mueller. Many are saying that the hammer will drop this weekend: In all likelihood, Trump won't do the job directly; instead, Rosenstein will be replaced by someone willing to perform this filthy task.

Senator Warner warns that this action will result in a constitutional crisis. True enough, but it's a crisis that Trump will probably survive. If the probe continues unhindered, his survival is far more questionable.

What's truly amazing is the easy with which the right has taken one basic story -- the Peter Strzok and Lisa Page email exchange -- and repackaged it endlessly. With each passing day, the same familiar facts generate new headlines. An acorn's worth of "evidence" has become, in the public's mind, a forest of conspiracy.

Hillary Clinton latest disapproval is 61%. They think one of the reasons people blamed her for the situation now. Isn't that ironic. So people knew she would be a better president but did nothing to ensure that she becomes one. Later as a result of their recklessness ended up with the worst they blamed her. She told them back in 2008 politics isn't a game. It's what's you eat, drink, breath and whatever you need to live healthy. Yes, in a way it was her fault, she overestimated the intelligence of her people. She should have played the game.

And that's the point. The same point we've witnessed endlessly and from which the GOP has deliberately deflected their own complicity in undermining the country. The Tax Bill scam is a backdoor to dismantle any and all social programs, the so-called entitlement programs. $1.5 trillion sucked into the coffers of the rich, so the Republicans can bleat about the debt and deficit. The one they've created in one felled swoop.

But let's not talk about that, let's put the word Coup into the minds of the Trumpster Brigade while we tear down basic institutions: the free press, our justice system, national law enforcement, electoral processes, etc.

We're being devoured from the inside out. And The Donald wants a parade (not to mention ring kissing) for his efforts.

The one bit of good news is that even if Trump is foolish enough to fire Mueller in a Saturday Night Massacre fashion, the prosecutorial gears have already been set in motion. Unsealed indictments are already out there. And despite the Trump/Putin philosophy, the whole world is not corrupt. The Hounds of Hell will be released. Buckle up.

A cornered, wounded animal is dangerous. This group, which in my opinion accomplished the coup they now project on Mueller and co., knows their collective jeopardy and feels the noose tightening.

They are armed with powerful propaganda weaponry, and a strategy from the founders of game theory and the decades' practiced disinformationist experts of several nation states.

To paraphrase Don Corleone's assessment, the Republicans are pimps-- they never could have come up with this on their own. But I didn't know until this day that it was _____ all along.

This is not just a struggle for this country's future, but the world's.

XI, the Republicans like to think they're high enough on the ladder to be pimps (as low as that indeed is), but they're really just a bunch of money 'ho's, and money and attention addicts. The lowest scum ever. This is why they have no future, they have no actual brain among them, nothing but a bunch of errand boys, and a couple of girls. I wish the Dems were as good as they need to be
