The year improves

My initial assessment of 2015 was negative. (See preceding post.) Nearly twelve hours later, I still had not found anything to improve my opinion...and then I found this.

This is the cover of an actual comic book published by Marvel Comics in December of 1991. This publication was marketed to children. Glorious, is it not?

Despite this positive omen, I still say that 2015 will be a rotten year -- a year of insanity, insipidity, despair and doom. Our only hope is that the situation will become so absurd that reality itself implodes, sending all possible existences into the great Void of Not.
