As the hearing concluded, prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh asked Breivik: "How is your empathy?" Breivik did not answer but asked to have the question put to him again Friday, saying it was important.I don't like the sound of that.

Sociopaths lack empathy, but that doesn't qualify in our Court system.

New evidence? No, of course not. I'm simply wondering why he would say "Wait until Friday" to answer a question like that. Doesn't that sound to you as though he expects something to happen?
