Ha...you caught that, too. "What crises?" was my first thought, too. Didn't he govern Texas for about an hour a day? Maybe being the #1 state in child poverty was the crisis he referred to....and he had to sustain an aura of unconcern.
W's crisis was having Jeb as the better-looking, smarter, father-favored bro. And wishing he could trade him in for a guy who'd kiss his ass, like Blair. And wishing he could trade-in his loser dad for a guy like Cheney or Rummy.
