WASHINGTON – The conservative blogger who reported that a photo of a man's crotch had been sent from Rep. Anthony Weiner's Twitter account to a woman college student says he has an X-rated picture he'll publicize if the New York Democrat attempts reprisals against him.Keep in mind that Breitbart has told Hannity and others that he believes Weiner masterminded the Daily Kos stories against Breitbart.
Conservative activist Andrew Breitbart of the website BigGovernment.com tells NBC's "Today" show he considers the image "an insurance policy" against attacks from Weiner, who on Monday admitted the crotch photo was of him. The married Weiner also acknowledged he had engaged in inappropriate contact with six women over three years through social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook and occasionally over the phone.
Breitbart told NBC Tuesday that if Weiner wants to open himself to further investigation, "there are a lot of women" who could come forward. Asked directly if he considered the purported unpublicized picture an insurance policy, Breitbart replied, "I don't like to think of it that way."

And yet I suspect that the delusional Brietbart actually believes it. Thus, "attacks from Weiner" could, in Breitbart's imagination, mean "attacks from anyone."
I've been in contact with the Kos writers. (This was not easy for me, given my long-held antipathy for Markos Moulitsas.) There is no substance to Breitbart's conspiracy theory, for which he offered not one iota of evidence. More on this later today.
Any truly free blogger will, of course, write as he or she pleases, and damn the consequences. The photo will come out anyways; Weiner is silly to hope otherwise.

Breitbart apparently was in some kind of paranoid frenzy last weekend. Tim Wise is saying that Breitbart is threatening to sue him for libel over some Facebook comments regarding a cross-burning at Tulane when they were both students there.

Someone yesterday mentioned infringement re these photos. I don't understand how Meagan Broussard has the right to license their use to ABC and Breitbart. If I send someone photos of my kid's birthday party it doesn't give them free rein to publish or sell them.

Seriously, why doesn't he just release the pic himself? Or drop his trousers? This is ridiculous. He is done. Why compound his many lapses in judgment by giving in to the disgusting Breitbart when we all know we're going to see the damn thing anyway? I cannot believe how pathetic Weiner is.
He insist that people accused him of being a 'hacker', I only read that he was a 'hack journalist'. Freudian slip?
The only person that was a suspect as to accessing the account was 'Dan Wolfe', the man that closed his Twitter account and has disappeared.

Nobody really expected the week to end without Anthony Weiner's penis splashed all over the internet. And here it is: Andrew Breitbart showed a couple of radio DJs a picture of what is likely Anthony Weiner's dick, then they leaked it on Twitter.
The picture comes courtesy of Sirus XM shock jocks Opie and Anthony, who had Breitbart on his show. Breitbart has said he wouldn't release the picture. But since Breitbart is a liar and keeps his Weiner cock shot on his person at all times (wouldn't you?), he shared it with the guys on his iPhone. Then they took their own snapshot and put it on their Twitter. A meta leak, if you will.

You may be being too quick to believe Breitbart. Weiner has been blackmailed, for sure. The information that Breitbart was really threatening to release may have been a photo. It may also have been something else.
Whatever it was, Weiner got the message and has admitted sending a photo which is 'fake' in the sense that it's a salami or forearm and not his knob. And to judge by what you found out about Twitter and Yfrog and shit, he may well not actually have sent it.

It is possible that Breitbart might have over extended when he said it was coordinated by the Congressman. The professional left is more than capable of mindlessly attacking like a pack of hyenas when they get on the scent of something. (Right Joe?)
In this case the scent was Breitbart (the loathed source of the report) sprayed with Weiner's continued denials and "hacking" claims.

Why on earth would Breitbart think Weiner needed to organize an attack on him? Does he have no understanding of how viscerally the left dislikes him and disbelieves anything he says after his past fabrications?
There are some curious porn connections (no pun intended) all over this story. It looks like some young lady who has been tweeting with Weiner (soon to be a new rock band name of course) had done some porn in her past. And of course the gentlemen who have let the world know about Weiners less than secret shame are part time porn producers. I cant be the only one thinking this can I?
Anyway, this one will have blowback unless they are protected parties. My question remains the same. Why get this guy out of the way? What are we being distracted from? Surely Weiner is small fry (pun intended)...

As to the distraction, well it is Clarence Thomas, Breitbart's inspiration, so much so that he changed parties. Odd, but he never investigated Thomas and went after Weiner when Weiner wrote a letter asking Thomas to recuse himself from cases that were a conflict of interest.
Is Weiner a jerk, yes, do I think the timing is odd YES!

The NYTimes has yet another interview with the young lady from Washington, Ms Cordova!
She added that in mid-April, “he thanked me for the support” using a direct message — a private note sent via Twitter — and he then signed up as her follower on Twitter, meaning that he could easily read all of her posts.
Ms. Cordova said that after Mr. Weiner began following her, critics of the congressman started sending her harassing messages. She said she then began communicating, always electronically, with the congressman about their shared annoyance with those critics.
Ms. Cordova provided a portion of her communications with Mr. Weiner to The Times, in which they messaged back and forth about the online detractors and their tactics. But Ms. Cordova would not make all of her interaction with him available for review.

Those who argue against me have now largely retreated to the position that Gennette is a liar. I think that is a disgusting suggestion.

I think her last comment in the article sums it up perfectly. “I certainly don’t condone his behavior,” she said, “but I think that’s a personal matter between him and his family.”
She is exactly right that this shouldn't have been a scandal at all. I would say the same if it were a Republican (of course, unlike a Republican, Weiner never claimed to be a paragon of virtue and family values).
