This is the funniest damn thing. We've seen audio-animatronic presidents before, but not in the White House.

If I was a politician, my "official photography smile" is something I would have practiced a long time in front of the mirror. I'm a photographer and trust me, even very beautiful people can make a lot of ugly faces in a photo shoot without knowing it, so it's kind of understandable he programmed himself to have the same smile.
But I must admit it's a little bit creepy to watch :)

Both the smile and the head tilt just don't move. That's kinda weird...
If the hands didn't move I'd say it was a cardboard cut-out.
Of course the real Obama is 2-dimensional anyway. He lacks depth.
