I did not know this...

Ah, the things you find on Wikipedia...
On October 26, 2007, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, former President Bill Clinton was heckled during a speech by a man claiming that the September 11 attacks were a fraud and mentioning the Bohemian Club. Clinton denied the 9/11 claim and then sarcastically added, "Did you say the Bohemian Club? That's where all those rich Republicans go up and stand naked against redwood trees right? I've never been to the Bohemian Club but you oughta go. It'd be good for you. You'd get some fresh air." The heckler was escorted out of the hall as Clinton made his remarks.

HA ha ha!! Good on Clinton. The more I read about him the more I love him.

If I know 9/11 Truthers, the strategy was to trick Clinton into blurting out the truth. This is a Truther's idea of a brilliant plan.

Clinton was going to snap--as in the climax of a really bad movie--and sputter, "Oh all right, damn it! ALL RIGHT! 9/11 was an inside job. Our plot has been foiled by this guy shouting at me here. You Truthers are just too clever for us."

Oh come on. The Bohemian Club (on Taylor and Bush??) there are no naked men leaning on redwoods at the Bohemian Club(!) really, can you imagine a bunch of naked (republican) men hanging around a club in SF? Market/Castro is like 5 miles the other way....

Unless you think that the Sempervirens, Stowaways and Cavemen like to also hang out at the Pilsner Inn or End Up. Ha ha ha right ...in leather!

We had a heckler at the Clinton speech I attended this past Spring. Bill smacked him around.

Heckler: "Rush for Hillary!"...(re: Iraq) "What happens when we leave?"..."Rush for Hillary!"

Audience members: "SHUT UP!"

Bill: "Do you mind if I finish this speech? When I'm done, you can come up here and see if anybody wants to listen to you talk."

Heckler: silence
