Do you think he's going to end up serving his full time (I believe San Diego Union Tribute indicates he faces MINIMUM of 20 years...)? Is there any chance he's "too big to fall", knows where too many bodies are buried (so to speak)? Is he maintaining his silence in demonstration of his loyalty to Dick's cause, in hopes for the Irving "Scooter" Libby treatment? Hell, if he has to serve through January, 2009, big deal. If he then walks a free man with an expunged record, what does he care?
