You know what's funny about the video in which Bush talks to his dog? As the plot unfolds, we learn that Dubya has absolutely no idea that his government is out of money. Despite the empty treasury, the prez orders his underling to fulfill a complex task without a budget or a plan. Barney succeeds through sheer dogged determination. If only doggedness sufficed in the real world.
