Come and listen to a story 'bout a man named Ned

While you are waiting for Fitzmas II, check out this campaign video for Ned Lamont, the real Democrat who is mounting a challenge to Joe Lieberman in the Connecticut primary. This video is both powerful and funny -- espcially when it portrays Joey and Georgie sitting in a tree, Kay-Eye-Ess-Ess-Eye-En-Gee.

I should also direct you to this story on My DD about Hilary Clinton's endorsement of Lieberman. (Thanks to Firedoglake.) Every day, a greater number of right-wingers push the idea of a Hillary presidential nomination in 2008: Eric Rush, whom I suppose must be the new Gannon over at GOPUSA, pronounces Hillary a "lock," and Newt Gingrich almost speaks as though she has the position sewed up.

Have you met a single Democrat who wants Hillary to run the country? I haven't. Her candidacy seems to be a Republican thang.

On that note one would have to conclude that Rupert’s backing of Hillary was the kiss of death.
I thought Murdoch was placing an all out bet on a win.
I guess he could be having a dollar each way. Either way he’s chasing the money.

I could not agree more with your analysis. Nobody seems to speak about a Hillary Clinton presidential candidacy more than the GOP. She is also reportedly very close the Christian Fellowship head, Doug Coe, who sponsors the "prayer breakfasts" that are reputed to be pushing a personal and fascist-leaning agenda.

The "Eric Rush" you refer to is correctly spelled "Erik Rush".

Don't scare me like that!
