Dick Cheney: Torture artist

Col. Lawrence Wilkerson -- the top aide to Colin Powell who alienated his former boss by going after the Cheney "cabal" -- is making more waves. He reveals that Cheney's office is the center point of America's new "pro torture" policy. According to Wilkerson, the key subverter of the Geneva conventions is David Addington, the vice president's lawyer -- and Scooter Libby's replacement.
