Wingnut comics!

Hannity, Liddy and North team up to combat the dreaded Bin Laden/Clinton/liberal alliance! See here:

It is 2021, tomorrow is the 20th anniversary of 9/11. America is under oppression by ultra-liberal extremists which have yielded governing authority to the United Nations. It is up to an underground conservative group (known as F.O.I.L.) led by Sean Hannity, G. Gordon Liddy and Oliver North to thwart Ambassador Usama Bin Laden’s plans to nuke New York City.
And I thought Howard Chaykin's Black Kiss was sick shit...

The hilarious part is that Bin Laden's actual family ties go not to Clinton, but to a couple of other U.S. presidents -- who both happen to share the same last name.

Note the art: Nice, careful rendering of architecture is mixed in with utterly lifeless, unpersuasive human beings. Hm. I can think of another artist -- a rather infamous Austrian fellow -- who shared both that strength and that failing. His work has found few fans, although Liddy probably admires it.

Finally, some heroes for real, manly, American boys. I guess the supposition the creators are pushing is that liberals could fail to capture Osama as well as Bush has.

That cartoon really is messed up. Also, THAT's their worst fear for the future of America under "ultra-liberal" political leadership?! That's the best they could come up with? No robotic FDR--or FDR clone--running the UN (yes, I know how little sense that would make, please don't mock me...and how could you really, considering the nonsensical nature of the actual cartoon)? Is that what they think their audiences fear the most? Bizarre, if nothing else.
