Brad Friedman exposes the latest propaganda blitz by the allegedly non-partisan Republican front group AVCR (AMerican Center for Voting Rights), which is trying to blame vote fraud on the Democrats. Typical Rove tactic: Always play offense, never play defense.
I guess the mainstream attention devoted to the outrages perpetrated in November 2004 must be taking a toll. Consider ACVR a marker of sorts: When that machine activates, that means our side is doing something right.
On a side note: You know who else we may use as a marker for success? Left-wing gadfly Marc Cooper.
In this week's L.A. Weekly, Cooper denounces the After Downing Street movement as "masturbatory." I know Cooper and his brand of leftism of old. When he cries out against a grassroots movement, that means the movement has done something worthwhile. Keep it up, Downing Streeters!

Don't know if you are following OH-2 but something very interesting has happened. In a shock result, with 91 precincts of 753 remaining to be counted, there's been an enormous swing to the Democrats and its 50:50. And then the computers at Clermont County mysteriously crash, so those last 91 are still to be counted, and might be done by hand .. Maybe so. But check out this -
