Promptergate: A diversion

The more I look into it, the more I suspect that the alleged Promptergate "leak" from "Scott and Brad" (as detailed in the post directly below this one) constitutes a clever diversion -- a tar-baby designed to suck in investigators and keep them stuck in one place.

If you're the sort who loves to skulk through all the shadowy details, I hope you enjoy the what I've written below. (The piece now has four updates.) Maybe you can sort out this wild tale of pseudonymous sources and fake "news" sites.
