On the Bush earpiece

A correspondent has been trying to track down to origin of the Bush profile shot displaying an almost-but-not-quite hidden earpiece. The earliest iteration of this photo I've been able to track down appeared here. Aparently, it originally showed up on the Democratic Underground. I presume they got it from a wire service; I'll let you know the original soure when the data becomes available to me.
