Remember the "Contract with America"?

A little birdie tells me that the Republicans are going to try that same public relations gambit again. Only this time they are going to call it "Agenda for America" or "Agenda Something-or-other." You heard it here first.

Of course, everyone knows that the "Contract" turned out to be a big fat fraud.
