Google, Israel and censorship

I think I can let this piece speak for itself...
The Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, Member of Knesset Tzipi Hotovely, held meetings this week with representatives of YouTube and Google, to find ways of cooperating to censor Palestinian videos from occupied Palestine, videos she dubbed as “inciting violence and terrorism.”
Israeli daily Maariv said Hotovely will be working with Google and YouTube officials in a joint mechanism that will be in charge of “monitoring and preventing” any publication of materials deemed by Tel Aviv to be “inflammatory.”
She said that Google agreed to strengthen the bilateral relations with Israel’s Foreign Ministry, and build a mechanism of “collaborative work” that would make both parties partners in monitoring the published materials and censoring them.

The Israeli move comes amidst escalating tension in occupied Palestine, and a large number of videos, including those showing Israeli soldiers and officers killing Palestinians execution-style after injuring them, and many videos that in general highlight the suffering of the Palestinian people, living under the illegal Israeli occupation of Palestine.

The Israeli coordination with Google and YouTube has very serious implications, and many journalists have spoken out in opposition, saying it is a direct assault on the Freedom of the Press.

All foreign journalists who report in the Occupied Territories are required to register with the Israeli military, and any footage that they film is required to go through the Israeli Military Censor’s office before it can be released.

With the recent advances in technology, many Palestinians and other civilians have been able to post videos uncensored online.
If YouTube censors, other venues must arise -- and I, for one, will post relevant videos that Google and YouTube refuse to publish.

Not intending this to be posted, (and not a response to this particular post) but wanted to send along this link to an article in Der Spiegel. http://www.spiegel.de/international/world/former-us-intelligence-chief-discusses-development-of-is-a-1065131.html.
An interview with retiring special forces chief Mike Flynn about the enormous stupidity of our wars in the Bush-Obama years in which he demonstrates how our policies directly engendered the rise of ISIS. As a longtime reader of this blog, I imagine you've seen this already, but expect you'd find it interesting in any case.

True the USA kicked the hornets nest in the Middle East. But look at these two charts :

http://www.fastcodesign.com/3035923/infographic-of-the-day/where-isis-fighters-come-from
http://www.rferl.mobi/a/foreign-fighters-syria-iraq-is-isis-isil-infographic/26584940.html

Not sure how accurate the charts are but it seems to.show that most ISIS fighters coming out of Europe are coming from Belgium, Sweden, Demark, Germany and France. In the Middle East most come from Saudi. Two of those are the heart of the European Union (France and Germany). One of those is the HQ of NATO (Belgium). Why would so many terrorists take up root in NATO's backyard? Because NATO countries are protecting terrorists and using them for their own agendas obviously.

Why are ISIS fighters coming out of EU? Because European countries just like USA wanted Middle East war. Europe is full of shit trying to pin all the blame on USA. Germany provide the USA with curveball which provided shit Iraq WMD evidence to U.S. Chicken Hawks to gobble up. UK Provided the September bullshit dossier which the U.S. also gobbled up. The desire by European elites was for the USA to go to war... protestations to the contrary aside.

The 7 countries in 5 years quote is speaking of plans of NATO/Gladio tool Donald Rumsfeld who also helped with PNAC agenda.

Both the Paris attacks and Charlie Hebdo attaches lead back to Belgium. HQ of NATO. The attacks targeted lefties by and large. The attacks led to more militarization and police state measures at home and more war abroad. Exactly what NATO and the EU and USA want. No brainer.

Why is the EU importing thousands of Syrians into Germany and other EU countries? Seems like a fucking stupid thing to do when in the middle of a western war with Syria? It would be like UK and France importing thousands of Germans straight from Germany in WWII while bombing the hell out of Germany. The result would have been what anyone even without a brain would have expected... homegrown terrorist attacks by pissed off Germans. This is what they want of course... More terror attacks at home to keep the sham War on Terror going. No brainer.

Germany and France and Belgium know exactly what they are doing. They know the shortest path to a police state for all and are using it.

Supposedly, Germany warned us about Curveball's reliability.

"The 7 countries in 5 years quote is speaking of plans of NATO/Gladio tool Donald Rumsfeld who also helped with PNAC agenda."

"Seven countries in five years" ultimately speaks of the Yinon Plan to destabilize and break apart all the Arab nations into small religious/ethnically determined countries without the capacity to challenge Israel's dominance.

Tzipi Hotovely subscribes to the crash of civilizations lie (a great excuse if you want to steal land):

In July 2011, Hotovely met with Glenn Beck. She told him that "this [Israeli-Palestinian] conflict isn't territorial...This is a religious battle led by Islam. We can't ignore this basic truth."

Psychologist Kevin B.MacDonald makes some interesting claims about the social dynamics operating in Jweish intellectual circles. He has attracted criticism and a following with some neo-Nazi groups. I'm not in a position to assess the overall worth of MacDonald's claims but I think he makes several valid points:

Jewish (and Israeli national government) figures draw stark moral lines of their choosing and demand that others fit around those lines. But the moral narratives are often contradictory and depend on the target audience. For instance, Western audiences can be presented with a generalist or universal mode of decency ("Israel rejects the hatred of Muslims because we have experienced race hatred too.") The barely concealed theme here is that one should not hate Jews -- or Israel -- or any brutal actions by them against the Palestinians -- because, well, that would be race hatred on a par with hating Muslims.

There is no contradiction between such a Jewish talking point and a Western op-market media piece odiously insinuating that Arabs and Muslims lack the capacity to take up democracy; that they are less developed human beings.

Then there's the blatant and murderous race hatred by Jews in Israel against the Palestinians. Vicious and uncompromising and larded with biblical 'justification'. That's why Tzipi Hotovely is doing a PhD in law while completing advanced religious studies at a Jewish seminary. It's as if Creationist was doing their PhD in biology and holding both views as true. And there is no contradiction because the lies are buried deep. Just like the Creationist, Hotovely insists that her humanity is qualitatively superior to Muslims. Her bible 'proves' it.

And that is why Israel has no problem shutting down google and its critics. Its cognitive dissonance is promoted as higher wisdom.
