Vindication

My articles on the mystery bonds (scroll down) have been vindicated. See the sixth update to this Cryptogon article on the mystery bonds. The main Cryptogon article was written before my work but the update -- which gloms onto the Filipino connection -- was written afterward, independently.

The giveaway was the "1934" date on the bonds. Apparently, when someone tried to pull this trick back in 2005, the bonds amounted to $3 trillion. Those guys who were caught on the Italian-Swiss border were pikers.

The photo to your left is from 2004, yet it shows the same fake bonds found in Italy. This San Diego Union Tribune story should explain all.
Oh, the story.

That's the key to understanding how crooks use these documents.

In both of these cases, they told potential victims that the bonds recently were recovered by Filipino tribes from a 1930s-era, CIA-owned DC-10 airplane that crashed, killing all aboard, Burke said.

The U.S. government was sending the bonds in a secret effort to help the Chinese government, the story goes. Only people with connections can cash the bonds, and investors can buy in for a few thousand dollars, getting three to five times their money back.

And, because of the secrecy, the government will deny their authenticity.

A little common sense reveals the lie behind the story. DC-10 jets didn't exist in the 1930s. Or the CIA. And the U.S. government never printed bonds or money in such amounts.

"People don't use their common sense," Burke said.

I thought you might get a kick out of this: http://www.bridgeworld.org/frame/commanders.htm. Check out Hans Joachim Kempe, and don't miss the links at the bottom. It's the good old "Grand Ph.D." scam.

Z, that was a very fun link. In essence, a "scientist" named Hans Kempe is partners with Queen Legaspi in the wacky Filipino religious cult. Since we know that the cult was involved in fake bonds, we have a pretty good idea of the nature of Kempe's science.

So what is he up to? Looky here:

http://genopuls.info/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=53&Itemid=2

He's the inventor of the Genopuls system. And here:

http://genopuls.info/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=26&Itemid=53

So what's the scam, I wonder?

Ah. It's "cancer therapy."

This Genopuls business is somehow connected to a fake university called DALC in Kenya.

Then go here:

Z, your original link went to something called the European Academy of Intellectuals. Apparently, it does not really exist, except on that website.

"It Exists in the imagination of the fourth major player in this scam, President Prof. Dr. Hans J. Kempe at face value this seems like a pretty serious organization which should be well known in europe shouldn't it?.Wrong it is not.Furthermore if you check out this guys biography posted on this website, click here to follow the link or cut and paste to your browser.

You begin to realise that you are dealing with a potential psychopath,go on just read it for yourself. In addition check out this other related link to further unravel the man.
where the man rambles on about how he has over 40 years experience in different technical and scientific field such as mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Biophysics and Medicine as Managing Director, President of several companies and Chief of Staff of Hospitals and Medical Centre worldwide. His numerous inventions are used in the US-Aerospace Industry, medical industry, by environmental agencies and influenced the development of high-tech instruments and equipment used for medical treatments and Wellness. For the design of the Genopuls Philosophy, Prof. Kempe received highest academic and scientific honours and medals"."

Huh. You think that con artists get together for international con artist conventions? Maybe they meet in a huge hall emblazoned with a banner reading "WELCOME GRIFTERS!"

But when they all go out for dinner afterward, who picks up the check?

Joseph Cannon said...

And suddenly it all comes together!

Kempe -- an associate of the Queen -- owns two businesses in Basel, Switzerland. The businesses are suspected by the Swiss authorities of being scams of some sort.

I'll betcha that our two "Japanese" businessmen were heading to Basel.

Joseph Cannon said...

Oh, one last thing. Kempe says that his work has been cited in a paper by "Dr. Mark. J. Neveu." Neveu got his PhD in Architecture.

And here I was only looking for a tenuous link to Scientology after "DC-10" made me think of Xenu, even though he preferred DC-8s. "Birds of a feather..." after all.

They're married by the way: http://www.esowatch.com/index.php?title=Hans_Joachim_Kempe. Not Scientology and Kempe, Legaspi and Kempe.

There might be a few other interesting things on that page, but I'm working with Babelfish here.

If they'd only said "DC-3" instead of "DC-10"...
