Grey is the new black (Update)

Folks are saying that a flying saucer buzzed the inauguration. See the cool-ass CNN video here.

Update: A graphic artist says it was just a bird. Killjoy. Everyone knows that you can't trust the judgment of a graphic artist.

At the CNN link:
"The high-speed object appears to streak behind the Washington Monument and then disappear into the clouds."

and only 2 widely separate frames of it after past the monument.

At the update link:
"What was flying in front of the Washington Monument on the day of President Obama's inauguration?"

and the slowed-down segment of video shows it passing in front of -- between the camera and -- the monument. They also graphically illustrate, and explain, that one can not trust videos these days.

Was it that eagle that was supposed to fly up and down the Mall and didn't?

Remember the phony WTC UFO? (The one the person with the vidcam said they saw hovering in real time, but couldn't be bothered to actually point their camera directly at?)

It seems people always claim to see such things around tragic events. :D

I haven't seen the video, but that blurry image looks like a bird to me.

Still... There might be something very unusual in the lower right side of this image, where obviously, a giant munchkin has hanged himself from that scaffold-thingy there. I can see it, I tell ya.
