A reason to back (egads!) Hillary: Guiliani may have a lock on his party's nomination. NY will favor the favorite son. A new poll puts Rudy nine points ahead of Obama and five points ahead of Edwards. Clinton, however, beats Guiliani. The election is unwinnable without NY and CA.
Coulter: As you know, she has been accused of putting false info on a voting registration form. An FBI agent appears to have interceded on her behalf with the cops investigating the case -- even though no-one understands why such a matter would attract Bureau attention. Supposedly, she has been "cleared," but Brad Friedman promises imporant new info in the case very soon. I know that Coulter has assiduously ducked any joint interview with Brad.
We are told that the reason AC put a false address on that form was that she was being stalked by a "conservative" Brad Blog guest blogger.
Well, I've guest blogged on that site, and I once possesssed (but never called, published or shared) AC's phone number. But it wasn't me, folks! No-one has ever called me a conservative, I haven't left southern CA for years, and the only thing I'm interested in stalking is the best pizza in town. (The winner, so far, seems to be Little Tony's in NoHo.)
Perle of unwisdom: Richard Perle is out to blame Iraq on the CIA. The neocon antipathy for the Agency places progressives in a strange position, since we have generally opposed many CIA covert actions in the past. Joy Tomme has a remarkably good summary of Perle's sorry history...
The Brent Wilkes prosecution: Is the Justice Department deliberately trying to taint the prosecution's case? Read what emptywheel has to say...
The mark of Soros: The demonization of George Soros proceeds apace. The most amusing forum: The Washington Times. Reverend Moon's Washington Times. Yes, folks being paid by the Reverend Effing Moon think that the real problem is Media Matters, MoveOn, and George Soros.
We have a pretty good idea how Soros made his money. Does anyone really know how Moon got so wealthy? The reports we hear -- Yakuza connections, Japanese fascists, money laundering and so forth -- are pretty hair-raising.

Don't you know Soros and OBL are the same person ? Soros / OBL lives in the super secret base in Afghanistan described by Rumsfeld. Did I also mention he eats little children ?
Isn't it kind of normal that the conservatives are obsessed on one of the only bilionaire not supporting Bush ? For them, it's an anomaly. "Does not compute".
I don't believe I have ever commented here before. I tried to the other day when you had Larissa's article but the trannies had overrun the joint.
To be honest, I had forgotten about this site after firefox conveniently deleted all of my bookmarks awhile back after an update.Glad I found it again. I will pop by occasionally to see what you have been digging into. Keep up the good work.
Speaking of Giulani, an article in the new issue of Vanity Fair makes the case that Rudy is certifiably NUTS and insiders expect him to implode any minute now.
Rudy keeps pointing out that he made New York City safer by getting rid of the hoodlums. Well guess where they are now? Did they all go back to the countries they came from? Naaah. Try Philadelphia, Camden, Allentown, Lancaster, Chester, Harrisburg, Reading, Baltimore. Good job Rudy. You really know how to screw up some beautiful cities. But the dumb Repugs from these cities will holler about the problems their cities are having an then turn around & vote for guess who. His initials are R. G.
ok its not a huge source of income, but one of Moon's sources of $$$ is those thousands of poached baby sharks, right?
We have a pretty good idea how Soros made his money.
Well, actually we don't. We do know about his breaking the Bank of England and helping to cause the 1997 Asian financial crisis, however. But we forgive him for that since he gives lots of money to Democratic causes.
On the other hand, a harmless loon like Moon is deemed to be a real threat (he's connected to "Japanese fascists" - shudder!)
