9/11: Press for Truth

For some time, I have begged my readers to watch 9/11: Press for Truth. For too long, the debate has been confined to two fibs: The Official Story, and the Official Conspiracy Theory (a.k.a. controlled demolition). Reality rests somewhere between those two mounds of crap, and 9/11 Press for Truth goes looking for it.

The film is now available for free via Google video: Go here. I have no idea if the film was uploaded legally. If you are not poor, please buy the DVD (which contains additional material) here. In an earlier post (scroll to the end) I gave technical details on how to download a copy to your hard drive and how to encode a DVD.

Press for truth was enlightening, as is that complete timeline database/website. Love it. Who’s connecting the dots!? There’s a lot of dots out there. One thing that struck me is the utter incompetence (and lies) of this administration. A lot of those crazy responses could result from their ultra focus on manipulating appearance (as opposed to substance) and they would then seem to have more than a touch of paranoia (for good reason?). But are there too many dots for that?
Something’s going on with Pakistan and our administration? What the heck is that all about? Is it being in the back seat of the Saudis? Is that that simple?
Anyway, sure, there’s a lot to cover up and uncover. It could triangulate to cd though, with or without the thorough cognizance of our disreputable administration. It seems that would be squarely in the realm of possibility now.

Jeez, I am so sorry. I think you have a right to an explanation from VSO, or to ask for your money back.

It worked for me. And some say the results look better than what you get with the very pricey programs, like Cinema Craft Encoder.

Here is a guide which may help you identify the problem:

Here's another free guide:

I've heard fairly good things about a program called DVD Santa. Most encoders will take all night...

thanks for promoting this film joe - and urging people to buy it if they can.

larisa told me that the uploading was illegal and they are bummed about it.

Well, I wasn't sure if the uploading was sanctioned or not. Now that I know it was not, I beg everyone who can possibly do so to pay for the film. The DVD has extra material which warrants the purchase price even if you have seen the film.

I had fewer problems recommending Adam Curtis' documentaries, since they remain unavailable in the U.S.

Joseph. Maybe you should amend your link or post a new one to let people they should donate or pay for the film.

Don't beg them to do it in a comment few will read.
