I hope the speech somehow finds itself into the record in its complete form. Perhaps the gentle lady will consent to transcribe her notes for us. It deserves to be enshrined next to Dwight David Eisenhower’s “Beware the Military/Industrial Complex” speech.
With regards her statement that “It takes a lot of degeneration before a country falls into dictatorship, but we should avoid these ends by avoiding these beginnings.”
