Amazing story on Bill Bennett
Unbelievable. Yet...believable. If you look at his comments skew-wise, you may also better understand why FEMA's Katrina response was so putrid. America is a corporation run by managers who want the company to fail.

And consider Bennett's indifference to children in those schools he wants to fail -- presumably over many, many years, an entire generation or more.
